Baja Capital Mortgage was officially founded in 2005 upon the inception of the traditional US style home loan into the Mexico real estate marketplace. BCM management comprises of over 30yrs of banking, international business and real estate development experience making BCM an ever developing company.

BCM is to date the only Mexico based mortgage brokerage originating, processing and closing from Mexico. BCM offers home loans from 20% down with rates starting at 6.5% as well as raw land and construction financing with rates starting at 7%.
